Error Pages

With the module Error Pages of your Hosting Control Panels you are able to define your own error pages instead of the default error pages. Quick access:

Open module Error Pages

First of all login to your Hosting Control Panel. You can do so by 3 different ways:
  • either you enter "www.yourdomain.tld" (www.yourdomain.tld have to be replaced by your own domain) into the address bar of your browser
  • or you use the Control Panel Login at our website
  • or you start it directly in your Customer Center
    Inside your Customer Center switch to the tab "Purchases" and move your mouse over the hosting package and click on the link "Control Panel" at the side menu that popped up.
In your Control Panel you need to open the module Error Pages.

#Create own error page

To open the assistant click on "Create" in the module Error Pages.

#Select error code

Now you need to select the "Error code" you want to use your custom error page.

#Select file

In the next step you need to select a html-file which should be displayed if the corresponding error code occurs. Click on "Create" to finish the assistant.

#Update, edit and delete

After creating a own error page, you can "Update", "Edit file" and "Delete" your error page with the "Action >" button.
