Control Panel Logs

First of all you need to login to your Hosting Control Panel. You have 3 different possibilities to do so:

• either you enter "www.yourdomain.tld" (www.yourdomain.tld have to be replaced by your own domain) into the address bar of your browser
• or you use the Control Panel Login at our website
• or you start it directly inside your Customer Center
  In your Customer Center switch to the tab "Purchases" and move your mouse over the hosting package and click on the link "Control Panel" at the side menu that popped up.

Inside your Control Panel open the module Control Panel Logs.

After opening the module Control Panel Logs you get a view which looks similar to the screenshot. Explanation of terms:ID: Each log entry has a unique ID with which it can be identified. User: Shows the name of the Control Panel User which has done the action. Date: This entries show you the exact date and time the action has been done. Module: Provides information about which Control Panel module has been used for that action. Action: At this entry you can see the executed action for that entry.

If you click on a Log-Entry the action details are shown where you can find more detailed information about each action.

Environment data:

HTTP_USER_AGENT: Here you can see the used browser and the used version of the user for that action. REMOTE_ADDR: Shows the IP-address of the user. SERVER_NAME: The used server name for the action is shown. REQUEST_URI: Shows the URL of the action. QUERY_STRING: Provides the transfer parameters of the action. HTTP_REFERER: Shows the complete URL and server of each action. cpaction: Provides the type of the executed action.

Module, Object and Session actions

On the right you can see an overview of the actions which separate in three categories: Module actions: Shows all log actions of the same module. Object actions: Shows all log actions of the same object. Session actions: Shows all log actions which were done in the same session.
